Refund & Return Policy

At JigSeen, every puzzle is unique and custom-made to order using your personal images. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" once the order has been processed.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can make it right.

We will happily send you a free replacement or offer a full refund for damaged goods. We may ask for a photo of the damage to help us improve our shipping protection.

How to Request a Replacement

Please include your Order Number and a photo of the issue.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that time, the printing process may have already started, and cancellations may not be possible.
