Processing Time
All our puzzles are made in the USA. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to print, cut, and pack your puzzle before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days (if selected at checkout).
*Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume, customs checks, or carrier issues.*
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at jigseenhelp@gmail.com with your name and order number.
International Shipping
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. JigSeen is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
